Should I register?

Yes. We advice you to register with us before making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct and you can trace back your purchase.

So how do i register?

Click on the [SIGN UP] button on the top right of the page and fill out your email address and preferred password.

What happens if I forget my password? Just click on forgot password and we will email your password to your registered email address. 

How do I place my order?

Once you have finished adding items to your cart and are ready to complete your transaction,

move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Is my order successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 60 minutes of purchase.

If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order history in "Member" (if you have an account) or your email junk folder.

Alternatively , you may email or call us to check. 

Can i amend my order?

CHANGING A CONFIRMED ORDER

Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order.

This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.

How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?

All in stock orders will be shipped on the next working day upon payment received. 

We will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. (Whatsapp / Email) 

Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 3~5 working days. Thank you.
